FY08 (2007-2008) Carryover Fund Details
If a district did not spend ALL of its allocated FY08 Title V funds by August 31, 2008, the district must follow the procedures outlined below:
Submit by October 31, 2008 to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's Grants Management Office a Final Financial Report Form (FR1) indicating the FY08 amount unexpended;
Return with the FR-1 a check for the amount that was received but not expended;
If the district wishes to receive and spend the funds during FY09, submit to the Student Support Unit (see contact information below) an emailed request to receive a FY08 Title V Rollover Funds Application. (Applications are due to achievement@doe.mass.edu by December 31, 2008.)
