• Office of the State Auditor--Private Occupational Schools Division
  Proprietary schools must annually submit financial statements and other required documentation to the OSA. Please contact them for more information.

• Division of Professional Licensure
  If you are seeking to open a type of school that is not licensed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, but may need to be licensed within the Commonwealth, please check with the Division of Professional Licensure, an agency within the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation with 29 boards of registration and regulating more than 40 trades and professions.

• Department of Employment and Training
  Schools who accept students from the DET are also subject to their rules and regulations.

• Department of Public Health
  Some schools may also be subject to the rules and regulations of the DPH.
